Chaitanya is not only incredibly creative and great at design... he also is a problem solver. If you have an idea but don't know how to accomplish it... he'll figure out how to do it or what you'll need to be able to accomplish your goals. He's also great at understanding what you're trying to accomplish without needing step-by-step instructions. You go through your project with him and he takes action, giving you updates along the way to make sure you're aligned. I wish he would come in-house for me.
